Today Kennidy got exactly 1 min. on her flass card speed drill. For her mult. speed drill, it consists of 0,1,2,5 and 10's. We do 3's and 4's under no- pressure. She's got skip counting by 4's down pat.
I just got word from Kenny's Special Ed. tester, that he does have Dyslexia. I'm not suprised at all!
He has such a severe spelling LD. I wouldn't be suprised if Dysgraphia also plays a roll in this as well.
It's nice to have a so called "label" on this know so we can make sence of it all and it will really help
us to know how to work with him better.
We also just found out that my Cousins daughter (same age as Kenny) has Dyslexia too. I wondering
if this is heriditary.
